Prior to this role, Erin has held positions such as Associate Science Project Manager at Beyond Celiac and Research Associate at the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition. Erin's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Brown University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Brown University. Throughout Erin's career, Erin has been involved in various research projects, data collection, and administrative duties within the public health sector.
