Ronza Alkhayat

Ronza Alkhayat is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in design management and architectural engineering. Currently serving as Design Manager at Beyond Developments, Ronza oversees the design process for luxury residential and mixed-use projects. Prior roles include Sr. Architect and team leader at Azizi Developments, where effective management of a team of architects was pivotal in producing architectural schemes for various building types. With a background that spans across notable firms such as Studio 360 and Adwar Engineering Consultant, Ronza has successfully led numerous projects in the UAE and Iraq, ranging from commercial banks to private villas. An alumni of the College of Engineering at Baghdad University, Ronza holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
