Ben Hurst

Ben Hurst is an experienced professional in facilitation and youth development, currently serving as the Head of Facilitation at Beyond Equality since October 2020 and at The Good Lad Initiative since August 2018. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for Europe and the UK at The GREAT Initiative from August 2016 to August 2018 and Youth Development Specialist at acet UK from October 2014 to August 2016, where Ben developed and directed the ACET Esteem's Boys Project and created a national training resource for future facilitators. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theology and Youth Work from Regents Theological College (2009-2011) and has additional educational experience at the University of Roehampton and Staffordshire University.
