Franco Reyes

Franco Reyes is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Since April 2024, Franco has been serving as an Engineering Manager at Beyond Finance. Previously, Franco held multiple engineering management and lead roles at Provi, where key contributions included leading the payments team and modernizing the SevenFifty platform using Ruby on Rails. Prior roles include positions at BOLD PENGUIN, Future Finance, and Strike Social, where Franco focused on software engineering and project leadership, specializing in Ruby on Rails applications and data integration. Franco began their career at Discover Financial Services and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
