Howard Spencer

Howard Spencer has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Howard is currently the Director of Procurement and Facilities at Beyond Finance, where they oversee company procurement, facilities, and travel functions. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business and Finance at Epigenetic US.

Before joining Epigenetic US, Howard worked as the Supply Chain Manager at SM Energy Company, where they managed supply chain activities for all divisions and business units throughout the US. Howard was responsible for supplier and contract relationships, negotiations, vendor selection, and compliance.

Before SM Energy Company, Howard worked at The Marketing Department as the Director of Business and Finance, contributing to the growth of the company to multiple locations across states and countries.

Howard also has a strong background in finance, holding various executive positions at Shell. Howard served as the Downstream Finance Manager for North America, overseeing finance, business planning, capital budgets, and investment proposals for Aviation and Marine businesses. Howard also took on the role of Finance Manager for Shell International E&P, leading finance, IT, credit, supply chain, and project management functions.

Throughout their career, Howard has achieved significant results, including revenue growth, cost savings, and successful spearheading of corporate acquisitions and asset divestments.

Howard Spencer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University. Howard also pursued Small Business Marketing at Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, Managing Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments at INSEAD, and Corporate Finance for Value Creation at Amsterdam Institute of Finance. In addition, they hold certifications as a Master Scuba Diver from PADI and as a General Lines Agent - Life, Accident, Health, and HMO from the Texas Department of Insurance.
