Sergio Rabiela

Sergio Rabiela has over 19 years of work experience in the technology industry. Sergio'smost recent position was as the SVP of Technology at Beyond Finance, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Technology at the same company from 2019 to 2023.

Before joining Beyond Finance, Sergio worked at OneMain Financial from 2014 to 2019. Sergio held various roles at the company, including VP of Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering Manager, and Software Engineering Manager.

From 2008 to 2014, Sergio worked at Enova International, where they served as a Software Engineering Manager and a Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they played a key role in redesigning the architecture for conducting thousands of transactions per day and collaborating with stakeholders to implement financial transaction systems.

Prior to Enova International, Sergio worked at Metromix as a Software Engineer and at Hostway Corporation as a Software Developer. Sergio also gained experience at The Field Museum of Natural History as a Digital Media Manager, where they designed and maintained websites and created maps using various software tools.

Throughout their career, Sergio has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, designing architectures, and implementing software solutions.

Sergio Rabiela obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
