Shannon Gant

Shannon Gant has a diverse work experience, starting as an Undergraduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they served as a School Health Education Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher, achieving the noteworthy accomplishment of winning first place at Texas A&M University Student Research Week in April 2014.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Shannon joined Katy ISD in 2015, where they held various roles in education. Shannon began as a Long Term Substitute Teacher from January 2015 to March 2015 before becoming a Biology Educator at Mayde Creek High School from March 2015 to July 2019. Shannon then took on the role of Team Lead of Biology Curriculum at Mayde Creek High School from May 2018 to July 2019.

Most recently, Shannon joined Beyond Finance in 2019 and has held several positions within the organization. Shannon started as a Talent Experience Instructor I from July 2019 to January 2020 and then progressed to a Talent Experience Instructor III from January 2020 to August 2020. Following that, Shannon became the Director of Sales Training from August 2020 to May 2021 and subsequently the Director of Training and Development from May 2021 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Training and Development at Beyond Finance, starting in March 2023.

Overall, Shannon Gant has a strong background in education, coupled with extensive experience in training and development roles at Beyond Finance.

Shannon Gant completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to change management, employee experience, conflict resolution, video training, diversity and inclusion, humor in training, and they are a certified debt specialist from the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators.
