Barbara Lisa is an experienced professional specializing in change and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Change and Transformation - CMMC at Beyond Gravity since March 2024, where leadership of the CMMC Program for European and US entities and implementation of NIST 800 occurs. Prior roles include Program Lead for Sustainable Aviation Fuel at BP EUROPA SE, and Global Change Lead for Digital Transformation at Roche, demonstrating a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives across prominent organizations. Barbara has also held key transformation and change management roles at the World Health Organization, Abcam, Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, and Whitbread, with a proven track record in global ERP implementations and process standardization. In addition to professional experience, Barbara holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and multiple law degrees, showcasing a robust educational foundation.
