Janine Schwestka

Janine Schwestka currently serves as Manager Supply Chain Engineering at Beyond Gravity, a position held since March 2022, after previously working as a Materials & Process Engineer at RUAG Space from January 2021 to March 2022. Prior to this, Janine was involved in academia at Technische Universität Wien, where as a PostDoc from May 2016 to June 2020, responsibilities included supervising students and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. During the PhD program, notable contributions included participation in the TU-D doctoral college program focused on advanced 2D materials, where Janine acquired competencies in 2D materials, ion sources, and vacuum technologies, and led various research campaigns. Janine holds a PhD in technical sciences from Technische Universität Wien, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the same institution and associated universities.
