Erica H. serves as the Government Relations and Community Engagement Project Manager at Beyond Housing since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing Community-Based Crime Reduction Grants and economic development projects, fostering relationships with government officials and community organizations, and identifying funding opportunities for infrastructure improvements. Previously, Erica held the position of Economic Development Coordinator, coordinating financing for a $7 million commercial project. Experience as a Field Organizer for Faith in Public Life and Citizens for Yvette Simpson involved increasing voter turnout and training volunteers for political campaigns, respectively. Erica co-founded St. Louis Roots, a community organization focused on self-determination through training programs. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
