Younes Boukellal

Younes Boukellal is a seasoned professional in product analytics and data-driven decision-making, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Analytics at Beyond ONE since July 2025. Boukellal leads efforts in optimizing customer experience and product development across telecom and fintech offerings. Prior to this, Boukellal held senior roles at Kitopi, where responsibilities included establishing the D2C analytics vertical and enhancing growth and customer experience analytics, achieving significant ROI improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Technical Supervisor at the Roads and Transport Authority, where data-driven initiatives led to a remarkable reduction in heavy vehicle accidents. Boukellal's academic background includes a PhD in Electronic, Electro-Technical, and Automatic Engineering from Ecole normale supérieure, complemented by a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
