Emma Wadsley has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist in the Technology, Transformation & Digital division at Beyond Recruitment since 2007. Prior roles at Beyond Recruitment include various positions as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on Business Administration, Office Support, and Contact Centre Recruitment. Emma previously worked as an Office Manager, overseeing front and back office operations, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services NZ Ltd, specializing in high-volume temporary contact centre recruitment. Beginning their career as a Receptionist at White & Case LLP, Emma supported a prestigious international law firm. Emma holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the University of Waikato, along with high school education from Cottenham Village College and Hillcrest High School.
