Jyoti Rajguru

Jyoti Rajguru has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jyoti is currently working as a Co-founder and Director of Operations at Beyond Snack since 2022. Previously, they worked at Mondelez India Foods Private Limited from 2018 to 2022, where they held positions such as Regional Transportation Manager and Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager. Before that, Jyoti worked at Cummins India Ltd, starting in 2013. During their time at Cummins, they served as a Category Leader in Supply Chain, Indirect Sourcing, and as a Senior Manager in Marketing Strategy and Planning. Jyoti also worked briefly as an MBA Intern at Cummins in 2012. Prior to their tenure at Cummins, Jyoti was a Module Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2007 to 2010.

Jyoti Rajguru completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Jyoti pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations from Symbiosis International University.
