François Potier is responsible for Beyond’s Retail Business Solutions practice. He is in charge of growing, leading and developing a group of SAP Retail expert consultants at Beyond Technologies to deliver core and innovative solutions to retailers of all sizes.

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry and over 25 years of retail experience, he has worked as Chief Retail Architect at SAP Canada. His contribution to the SAP Retail solution architecture is renowned in the industry, thanks to his successful track record of SAP business implementations, upgrades and support cycles, both locally and globally.
