At BWIW, we promote Systemic Health using a variety of interdisciplinary transformation and empowerment methods. We honor interconnectedness, intersectionality, and that we each have a unique contribution to make to our world. Our Systemic Health approach empowers both personal and collective health. We start by nourishing a foundation of self-compassion and authenticity. Our services include empowerment sessions, consultation for mind-body practitioners, and integrative psychotherapy. All services are trauma informed and social justice informed. Services may take place in the Denver office or through online video. Many services are not location dependent, although integrative psychotherapy is for those in Colorado.
