Vaibhav Kadikar is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and corporate development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Beyond Zero and Advisor at Loyal VC since February 2025, Vaibhav has been instrumental in co-founding BLOCKCHAIN PROPULSION where guidance is provided to blockchain startups. Previously, as Founder and CEO of CloseCross, Vaibhav disrupted the derivatives industry with innovative settlement protocols. During a tenure at Syngenta from September 2011 to July 2017, Vaibhav led strategic partnerships and digital agriculture initiatives. Vaibhav's career includes significant roles at Oerlikon and Unisys, and foundation of DotComRupees, showcasing a strong background in finance and operations analysis. Vaibhav holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Gujarat University.
