Currently serving as a ServiceNow Developer at Beyond20 since June 2018, Scott has led the development of tailored solutions for clients across various applications, while also configuring critical workflows in ITSM tools for major energy and financial sectors. Prior roles include Senior Solutions Architect at Beyond20, IT Problem and Knowledge Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, and Global Technical Lead at Hewlett-Packard, where Scott achieved significant process standardization and automation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Boise State University, earned in 2009.
