Karolina Pelc

Karolina Pelc has an extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Karolina began their career in 2009 as a Player Marketing Manager at InterPoker & InterCasino. In 2010, they joined Bodog UK as a Casino and Bonus Tool Product Manager, Business Operations Manager, and Casino Marketing Manager. In 2013, they became the Head of Casino at Betsafe. In 2015, they were appointed Casino Director and Head of Casino at LeoVegas. In 2018, they were hired as VP Casino Innovation at SG Digital (Division of Scientific Games Corporation) and Owner of Online Gaming Consulting Services at Basic Strategy. Most recently, in 2021, they founded BeyondPlay, a fully remote start-up that aims to transform solo game sessions into engaging multiplayer entertainment experiences.

Karolina Pelc obtained a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) between 2011 and 2013, followed by a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the same institution between 2009 and 2010.
