Carlos Perez-Gutthann has a diverse work experience in various companies. Carlos is currently working as the Business Development Director Europe at Beyondsoft, where they are responsible for defining the strategy for the European region, rolling out sales plans, identifying possible mergers and acquisitions, and forming partnerships with strategic companies to increase sales in Europe.

Prior to their current role, Carlos worked at Bosch Service Solutions for almost nine years. Carlos served as the Head of International Sales & Customer Operations, where they opened new clients and markets across Europe and offered tailored digital transformation customer experience and mobility solutions across different industries. Carlos also served as the Customer Operations Director, where they had full responsibility for customer service operations in Barcelona, including training, quality, project and change management, and led a multinational and multicultural workforce.

Before joining Bosch, Carlos worked at Vueling Airlines S.A. as the Contact Center Manager. Carlos was a part of the original management team and played a crucial role in creating the concept for the customer experience. Carlos was responsible for strategies related to the contact center, including selecting technological partners, creating initial processes, and defining SLAs and KPIs.

Carlos started their career at Mindpearl as a Team Leader.

Carlos Perez-Gutthann completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business & Tourism Activities from ETB from 1996 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management (MIM) from ESIC Business & Marketing School from 1998 to 1999.
