Jeff Alderson

Jeff Alderson serves as the Director of Customer Retention and Growth at BeyondTrust since June 2018, with prior roles including Regional Manager for Renewals, Sr. Renewals Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Before joining BeyondTrust, Jeff held various positions at TriStar from October 2014 to June 2018, culminating in the role of Renewal Sales - Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing annual software support agreements and understanding customer needs. Early career experience includes a Marketing Intern position at Octane Raceway and a Financial Analyst Intern role at The Nautical Beachfront Resort. Jeff Alderson earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Communication from Arizona State University.
