Offer Shabat possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked at Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp. since June 2008 as a Project Manager focused on service and sales initiatives. Prior to this role, Offer held various leadership positions within Bezeq from 1999 to 2008, including Head of Customer Service Headquarters Department, Director of North Sales Department, and Manager of a team of technicians in the Haifa area. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ruppin Academic Center (1999-2002), an Elementary Assessment from Adif College (2019-2020), and certification as a Mechanical Technician in Avionics Maintenance Technology from IAF Technological College (1984-1985).
