Frank Festa

Frank Festa is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at BeZero Carbon, where efforts focus on scaling Voluntary Carbon Markets through information architecture and product offerings. Prior to this role, Frank held prominent positions at Pavilion, Prelay, and PERSUIT®, where leadership spanned global enterprise sales and revenue growth. Notable achievements include driving PERSUIT®’s revenue from under $1 million to over $13 million ARR and leading teams that significantly increased sales performance. Frank's career also includes roles in sales management and customer success at various organizations, including PEX and Autopart International, alongside entrepreneurial experience as the founder of an e-commerce site for automotive parts. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Miami University.
