Victoria Schoenlaub has a diverse range of work experience. Victoria is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at BeZero Carbon. Victoria began their career as a Ski Instructor at Ecole Suisse de Ski de Verbier. Throughout their various roles, they have developed a diverse skill set and gained experience in customer success, project management, community management, advocacy, fitness, and international programs.

Victoria Schoenlaub earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Victoria University of Wellington, where they studied Environmental Science. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Intro to Climate" from Zopeful Climate in November 2022, "Certified Impact Reviewer" and "Certified Impact Analyst" from Impaakt in May and April 2020 respectively, and "Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016" from Microsoft in October 2019.
