Caroline Hult

Caroline Hult has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Director of Talent Acquisition at Bezos Academy. Prior to that, they worked at Teach For America for a significant period of time, holding various roles including Interim Head of Strategic Planning and Strategy Implementation, Vice President of Recruitment, Vice President of Strategic and Financial Planning, Vice President of Admissions, Senior Managing Director of Strategy and Learning & Development, Senior Managing Director of Recruitment, Managing Director of Recruitment, and Recruitment Director. Before joining Teach For America, Caroline worked as a Teacher of English & Journalism at Clark County School District.

Caroline Hult earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Humanities with a focus on Comparative Literature and Continental Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder. Caroline completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Caroline obtained a certification as a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute in March 2020.
