Crystal Michelle

Crystal Michelle has a diverse work experience in education and childcare. Crystal has worked as a Lead Teacher at Highland Park United Methodist Church and as an Educator at INSPIRE TEXAS | Educator Certification by Region 4. Crystal also served as a Lead Montessori Educator at Bezos Academy and as an Assistant Director at THE CHILDREN'S ARK PROJECT and Childcare Network, Inc. Crystal Michelle has previous experience in logistics as a Logistics Specialist in the Texas Army National Guard and as an Army in the Army National Guard. Additionally, they have worked as a Customer Account Specialist at the City of Houston and as a Preschool Teacher at Primrose Schools. Their previous role at the City of Houston was as a Plant Operations Specialist.

Crystal Michelle has a diverse education history. In 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology from the University of Houston-Downtown. Prior to that, in 2010, they briefly attended Our Lady of the Lake University for Philosophy studies. In 2010, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Cowley College. In 2009, they pursued Elementary Education and Teaching at Panola College. Crystal Michelle is currently enrolled in a Master of Education (MEd) program at Grand Canyon University, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration. Additionally, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American Military University, which they expect to complete in 2024. Crystal Michelle has obtained several certifications, including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and CompTIA A+. Crystal has also acquired a certificate in Project Management from Army IGNitED. In 2023, Crystal Michelle plans to pursue Montessori Teacher Education at The Prepared Montessorian.
