Elizabeth Swanby

Elizabeth Swanby has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Elizabeth began their career in 2002 as an Army Officer in the Army National Guard, where they served for over 13 years. In 2012, they transitioned to working at Amazon, starting as an Area Manager and progressing to roles such as Site Leader and Multi-Site Leader. Elizabeth worked at Amazon for a total of 7 years until 2020. Most recently, they joined Bezos Academy in 2019 as the Director of Operations.

Elizabeth Swanby attended Eastern Oregon University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Elizabeth also attended John Cabot University from 2006 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
