Joy Bridges

Joy Bridges is a Technical Project Manager at Bezos Academy since April 2023. Previously, Joy served as Assistant Store Manager at Swedish Health from January 2020 to April 2023, achieving a 20% improvement in team productivity and customer satisfaction through effective recruitment and attendance monitoring. Joy also worked as a Starbucks Store Manager at Sabey Corporation from August 2016 to January 2020, where implementation of daily processes led to a 30% increase in business success and effective control of the monthly operations budget. Joy holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology Project Management from Year Up, completed in March 2023.
