Kemberlyn Rickett

Kemberlyn Rickett has a strong background in the education industry, with a focus on early childhood education. Kemberlyn has held various roles in different organizations, starting with Learning Care Group in 2006 as a Center Director, where they managed the delivery of early childhood education programs and established positive communication with parents. Kemberlyn then worked at Goddard Systems, Inc. as a Director of Operations from 2013 to 2016, followed by a position as Center Director at KinderCare Education from 2016 to 2017. Kemberlyn then joined Primrose Schools as a Director of Operations from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they became a Center Director at KinderCare Education until 2022. Currently, they are working at Bezos Academy, starting as a Lead Teacher in 2022 and later transitioning to the role of Head of School in 2023. In addition to their work in the industry, Kemberlyn also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Central Texas College, where they instructed undergraduate students in early childhood courses and collaborated with professional establishments to create lab internships and partnerships.

Kemberlyn Rickett obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Ashford University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, they pursued further education at the Montessori Institute of North Texas, leading to an AMI Certification in Montessori 3-6.
