Rachel Bayly

Rachel Bayly is an experienced educational and operations professional with a diverse background in leadership roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Teacher at Bezos Academy since August 2021, Rachel previously held positions such as Operations Support and Operations Intern at With Love, and Nonprofit Leadership Intern at The Borgen Project. Rachel's leadership skills were honed at Western Oregon University Center for Leadership and Creativity, where collaboration led to the launch of innovative programs, and as a Student Coordinator for the Western Oregon University Food Pantry, advocating for food security and managing food distribution for over 500 individuals monthly. Additionally, as Incidental Fee Committee Chair for the Associated Students of Western Oregon University, Rachel successfully managed a $4 million budget while ensuring affordability amid financial challenges. Rachel earned a degree from Western Oregon University in 2020.
