Camilo Ramirez is an accomplished event strategist with extensive experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Head of Events at Bezos Earth Fund since January 2024, Ramirez has also founded CMR Events in 2013, providing comprehensive event management services for various clients including the World Resources Institute and Princeton University. Prior roles include Director of National Events at Compass, where revenue generation and client experience were prioritized, and Director of Events at Dialog, focusing on innovative programming for leadership retreats. Ramirez's tenure at The Brookings Institution spanned over six years, during which key strategies for external relations, donor stewardship, and event management were developed and implemented, significantly enhancing the institution's public engagement.
