Martyn Bensley

Martyn Bensley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Martyn is currently employed as the Head of Engineering at bf1systems Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Product Manager at the same company from January 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining bf1systems Ltd, Martyn worked as the Country Manager for UK & Ireland at ROTAREX from June 2018 to December 2019. Martyn also served as the Technical Product Manager (EMEA) at GASARC, an ESAB Group Company, from February 2015 to May 2018.

Martyn has extensive experience in product management, P&L reporting, KPI management, and customer service. Martyn has also contributed to business process innovations and played a role in the development of a Servitization business model.

Additionally, Martyn has held various managerial roles at HAMLIN ELECTRONICS EUROPE LIMITED, including Director of Global Engineering, Director of Global Purchasing & Supply Chain, Engineering Manager (EMEA), Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, and Continous Improvement Engineer. Martyn also worked as a Business Development Manager at Group Lotus plc and as a Director of Engineering at Active Technologies.

Martyn's career started as a Student Engineer at Group Lotus in 1992. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in engineering, project management, and continuous improvement.

Martyn Bensley's education history shows that they attended City College Norwich from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a BTEC Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering, specifically in the Mechanical field.
