Massimo Pavan has extensive experience in technology and process improvement across various roles in the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Processes Improvement at BFF Banking Group since March 2021, Massimo also holds the position of Chief Information Officer at DEPObank since October 2019. Additionally, Massimo has been with UBi Sistemi Servizi since November 2012, where responsibilities include Head of OmniChannels and IT Innovation and Head of Digital Application Services since November 2015. Massimo's career at IW Bank S.p.A. began in June 2000, leading the IT&Operations Department and previously serving as Head of IT.
