Natalia Berardinelli

Natalia Berardinelli has extensive experience in credit management and collection, currently serving as the Director of Group Collection at BFF Banking Group since September 2010. In this role, Natalia oversees the Group's credit management resources and strategies to ensure effective debt collection across the organization. Previous positions include Manager of Group Collection, Manager of International Credit Management, and various roles focused on operations and factoring coordination within the Group. Prior to BFF, Natalia worked at BLUE SOFT GROUP, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Deutsche Bank Italia, and Accenture Italia, gaining expertise in functional analysis, risk mitigation, and compliance. Natalia's educational background includes ongoing studies in International Cooperation, as well as vocational training in teaching Italian and Europroject management, alongside a degree in Market Economy from Università di Siena.
