Noemi Vegh PhD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and business transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Vega Partners since April 2016, Noemi has also served as a Talent Advisor at Zoox since September 2023. Previous roles include Talent Partner at Flow Research Collective from March 2022 to May 2023, and Advisor for Web3 Talent at Eve Wealth HQ from September 2021 to March 2023. Noemi held the position of Director of Business Transformation at Global Industrial Company from January 2014 to March 2016, and was Head of Talent at KPN from October 2010 to December 2013. Early career includes working as a Program Manager at Liberation Technologies from June 2006 to October 2010. Noemi holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies and English and American Literature from Universität Siegen.
