David Penoyer

David Penoyer has over 27 years of experience in environmental engineering, specializing in landfill gas operations and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Landfill Gas Operations at Republic Services since November 2010, David previously held the position of Project Director for Landfill Gas Engineering at SCS Engineers from July 1996 to November 2010. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1996.
