Frederik Pelaez, MBA has a comprehensive background in risk management, insurance brokerage, and employee benefits services. Frederik currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - Eastern Canada and Risk Advisory National Practice at BFL CANADA, overseeing various offices in Eastern Canada. Additionally, Frederik has experience as a Managing Partner in the Greater Montreal Area and in commercial roles within the company. Prior to their role at BFL CANADA, Frederik worked at Aon and Willis in strategic sales and risk management divisions.
