Mohammed Fayis

Mohammed Fayis is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at BFL Group since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing incoming incidents, resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring support for various technical equipment such as POS machines and biometrics. Prior to BFL Group, Mohammed worked at Febno Technologies as an IT Technical Support Engineer, specializing in VOIP telephony systems, VPN, and Windows server troubleshooting. Mohammed's career began as a Junior System Administrator at Soften Technologies, providing both onsite and offsite IT support and implementing networking solutions. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science & Technology, completed in June 2019.
