Victoria Rankin

Victoria Rankin is a Group Head at P&C Reinsurance and Fronting at BF&M. Victoria has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry.

Victoria started their career in 2004 as a Management Accountant at Swiss Re. Victoria then moved to Lancashire Insurance in 2006, where they worked as a Financial / Reinsurance Accountant. In their current role, Victoria is responsible for leading a team of accountants and providing oversight for all reinsurance accounting activities.

Victoria Rankin has a certification from the University of Oxford in Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in Chartered Insurer ACII, and a certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in Chartered Management Accountant.

Their manager is R. John Wight, Group Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Stephanie Hanson - EVP, Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Jason Cook - Group Head, Personal Risk & Retirement Solutions, and Marianne Hood - Chief Information Officer.
