Randy Sneed Jr.

Randy Sneed Jr. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Annunciator Design Specialist at BFPE International since January 2018, Randy previously worked as a Certified Relationship Coach at (Not) Ruining Your Life, helping individuals navigate life changes from August 2016 to August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Volunteers of America Chesapeake, where responsibilities involved job placement and networking with local businesses from July 2010 to January 2017, and as Headmaster at Lords & Ladies Lifeskills Program LLC from November 2011 to November 2013. Randy began a career in retail as a Company Sales Associate at Nordstrom from November 2006 to July 2010, receiving the Customer Service All Star award. Additional roles include Community Services Liaison at Towson University and an intern at the Social Security Administration. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University and a high school diploma from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.
