Alex Dobyan

Alex Dobyan serves as the Head of Analytics & Service Delivery at BFREE, focusing on optimizing operations for Africa's largest credit management platform. Previously, Alex held the position of Data & Analytics PM at Sand Technologies, leading significant improvements in data analytics efficiency and onboarding processes. As Co-Founder & Product Lead at Livingroom Africa, Alex contributed to the development of a housing rental platform and previously participated in the Antler program. With extensive experience in data analytics and management as a Data Analytics Manager at Wasoko, achievements included the development of a credit decisioning model and enhancements to sales conversion rates. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University and bilingual research assistance at the African School of Economics, alongside teaching experience in SAT/ACT preparation.
