Herb Glose

Herb Glose is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. Herb leads the daily operations of the company’s portfolio of twenty hotels as well as a team supporting development, procurement, financial analysis, and project management. Herb’s love for the hospitality industry began at the acclaimed Mansion on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY as a butler. His journey over the next 19 years included a variety of on-property, asset management, and project management roles throughout the U.S. and the U.K. In his most recent role, Herb led the Hospitality Group’s Hotel Performance Support and Capital Asset Management teams.

Herb is the immediate past Chairman of the IHG Owners Association Technology Committee and served as the Chairman of Visit Loudoun, the county’s convention and visitors bureau.

Prior to joining the B. F. Saul Company, Herb worked with Southworth Development opening golf resorts and private clubs. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a member of the Cornell Hotel Society.
