Kayleigh Gray

Kayleigh Gray is a Senior Consultant at BFY Group since January 2023, specializing in transformational change within project environments. Previously, Kayleigh held multiple roles at PPL PRS Ltd, including Consultant, Senior Programme Manager, and Business System Manager from July 2018 to January 2023, focusing on Salesforce integration and project management in collaboration with offshore developers and system analysts. Prior experiences include a Business Systems Manager role at E.ON UK, managing stakeholder relationships and a team of 20 to enhance business systems, as well as roles such as CATS System Support Manager and Customer Communications Manager. Kayleigh also served as Credit Operations Manager and Team Leader at the National Ice Centre & Capital FM Arena from January 2003 to March 2004. Kayleigh completed education at Gedling Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2003.
