Deann L. Brunts

DeAnn Brunts currently serves as the Director and Audit Committee Chair at Heritage Grocers Group and is a Committee Member at the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Committee. Brunts has held multiple leadership roles, including Public Company Director and Chief Financial Officer at Benson Hill, where significant strategic acquisitions were completed. Additionally, Brunts has served as Director and Audit Committee Chair at Claire's and as Public Company Director and Audit Committee Chair at B&G Foods. Experience also includes directorship at The Kempe Foundation and various executive roles from 1999 to 2022. Formerly, Brunts held key positions at The Women's Foundation of Colorado and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brunts holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from The Wharton School and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
