Michael Kappe

Michael Kappe has extensive experience in leadership and team development across various organizations. Currently serving as People Lead at BG-Phoenics GmbH since June 2017, Michael focuses on the individual development of employees and fosters a trusting work environment. Prior to this role, Michael held several leadership positions at Dirk Rossmann GmbH, including Abteilungsleiter agile Entwicklung & Scrum Master, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing agile teams and managing product development. Michael also has a background in system analysis and organizational management within retail, having worked at companies such as Real SB-Warenhaus GmbH and REWE KG aA. Throughout the career, Michael has continually pursued professional development opportunities, including certifications in Scrum and participation in numerous seminars related to leadership and communication.
