Susan O'Donnell has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Susan started their career at John Menzies Plc, where they served as the Group HR Director for 16 years. During their time at John Menzies, they specialized in job evaluation, change management, and led major strategic acquisitions and disposals. Susan then moved on to RBS, where they held roles such as Head of HR for Branch Banking and Head of Exec Leadership Development. At Aegon, Susan was responsible for creating a new operating model and business area, developing a new people proposition, and driving cultural change. Susan also worked at Worldline Global as the Head of HR for West and South Europe, and currently works at Ingenico, where they hold the role of People and Culture Lead EMEA and Global Customer Organisation. Susan has a strong background in driving transformation, delivering employee propositions, and providing business partnering support.

Susan O'Donnell obtained an MSc degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling in 1994. In the same year, they also completed the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained "Communication Foundations" and "Designing a Presentation" from LinkedIn in 2020.
