Tanja Roos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tanja started their career in 2005 as Leiterin Inhouse-Training at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, where they worked until September 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they served as Zentralleiterin Personalmanagement at Zufall logistics group. In 2017, they worked as a Dozentin at Campe Bildungszentrum Hannover GGmbH and later joined HIS eG as a Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. In 2019, they transitioned to family & friends where they worked as a Manager until 2020. Currently, they are employed at BG-PHOENICS GmbH as a Team Lead Talent Acquisition & People Development, a role they started in March 2020.
