Raf Kader

Raf Kader is a Financial Analyst currently working at BGB Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Raf worked as an Investment Portfolio Manager at Kader Capital, an investment holding company focusing on alternative asset classes. Raf managed an investment portfolio of over $4M in the Mid and South Atlantic Regions, implemented revenue acceleration strategies, conducted market research, and collaborated with various stakeholders to enhance asset performance. Raf also has experience in finance and office management roles from previous positions at Royal Marble & Granite, U.S. Census Bureau, Ottomanson Inc, WAFAA, and Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. Raf holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Minors in Psychology from Rutgers Business School and Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
