Nick Hubbard

Nick Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick began their career in 1990 with British Railways Board, where they held various roles. Nick then worked as a Development Manager at The Engineering Link from 1998 to 2003, followed by a position as HR Manager at AEA Technology Rail from 2003 to 2005. After that, they served as Group HR Manager at Leaderflush Shapland from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an HR Business Partner at SIG Manufacturing Ltd, responsible for delivering HR solutions to multiple businesses. Nick then became the Group HR Director at Laidlaw Interiors Group from 2011 to 2016, overseeing HR, SHEQ, payroll, and fleet operations. Nick later served as HR Director at BGB from 2016 to 2019, where they led the Products and Services team and managed programs to meet client expectations. Nick then became the Group Director of Products and Services at BGB in 2019, continuing their focus on providing valued-based solutions.

Nick Hubbard completed their education from 2001 to 2004 at the University of Nottingham, earning a degree in Human Resources, specifically a CIPD qualification.
