Darryl Denyssen has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Insurance at BGC Partners since July 2015, with prior roles as CFO and Deputy CFO for EMEA. Darryl's career includes significant positions at GFI Group from April 2004 to June 2016, progressing from Financial Controller to Finance Director. Earlier experience includes an Interim Senior Accountant role at LCH. Clearnet and various finance roles at GFI Group and BDO South Africa as Audit Senior. Darryl holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCOMPT) with Honors in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa, completed between 1992 and 1997, and a Matric from Pretoria Boys High School.
