Douglas Bellard

Douglas Bellard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in foreign exchange risk mitigation. Currently serving as Regional Director for the Americas at BGC Partners since January 2018, Douglas previously held positions at GFI Group from February 2009 to December 2017, including Manager of FX for Asian NDF and Forwards, where responsibilities included overseeing voice brokering and e-trading of Asian FX products. Douglas began a career at BGC Partners in February 2004 as a broker focusing on G-10 options, and prior experience includes roles as a broker for CAD and AUD options and Asian NDFs. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hamilton College, earned between 1998 and 2002.
